Kristen Stelljes and Alanna Boyd Join PowerOptions
to Accelerate Energy Solutions for Nonprofits and Public Entities
BOSTON, MA – PowerOptions is pleased to announce the addition of Kristen Stelljes as Senior Vice President and Alanna Boyd as Director of Commodity and Member Relations. Both bring exceptional expertise, a strong dedication to community-focused initiatives, and a shared commitment to helping our members achieve ambitious energy and sustainability goals.
Kristen Stelljes brings extensive experience in municipal leadership and community development, along with a deep commitment to public service. Most recently, she served as Chief Operating Officer at the Northeast Clean Energy Council (NECEC, now ACT), where she advanced internal operations and strategy while leading the organization’s Municipal Leadership program, building on more than five years of hands-on experience across multiple positions with the City of Somerville. Kristen’s expertise in supporting municipalities and fostering sustainable communities aligns seamlessly with PowerOptions’ mission to serve the energy needs of nonprofits and public-sector members. She is now leading PowerOptions’ community initiatives and enhancing operations to better support our Members.
Alanna Boyd comes to PowerOptions from Enel X North America, where she managed key commercial and industrial accounts and focused on demand response and renewable energy initiatives. She formed collaborations across the organization to bring solutions that helped its customers reach their ambitious energy goals and drive revenue for the organization. Alanna also brings strong experience working with nonprofits, primarily in the higher ed sector. At PowerOptions, she leads our dynamic member relations team to help nonprofit and public sector organizations lower their energy costs, become more efficient, and transition to cleaner options.
