Scope

This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is to select Providers for a range of EVSE products and services for PowerOptions Members – currently in MA, CT, RI, and ME. Members will contract directly with the successful respondent(s) under the terms established through this RFP process. The scope of this RFP is structured into three categories – a Respondent may bid on one, some, or all of the categories. Multiple providers per category may be selected. 

Category 1 – Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment

Category 2 – Turnkey EVSE Installation and Services

Category 3 – Vendor Owned and Operated Model (“VOOM”)

Revised Timeline 

• RFP issue date: February 3, 2025
• RFP question submittal due date (by 5pm EST): February 14, 2025
• Responses to all RFP questions posted (by 5pm EST): February 18, 2025
• RFP response due date (by 5pm EST): March 7, 2025
