- Warmer weather will cover most of the nation into early October.
- The EIA announced an injection of 58 Bcf, 22 Bcf below the five-year average but slightly ahead of market expectations. The surplus to the five-year average continues to fall and now is entering the range where one frigid week could eliminate it.
- In natural gas commodity, warm weather and lower LNG demand are offsetting slightly lower production.
- New England's natural gas transportation basis has been dropping on lower LNG prices.
