- Warmer weather will cover most of the nation through the end of September.
- The EIA announced an injection 40 Bcf well below market expectations. The surplus to the five-year average continues to fall. Should the surplus continue to fall expect more pressure.
- In natural gas commodity, added heat will increase pressure on prices although LNG demand should remain weak.
- A well-supplied Europe is causing lower LNG export prices.
- New England's natural gas transportation basis is dropping on lower LNG prices and lower crude oil prices.
