  • Across the nation this week, cold weather has caused freeze-offs reducing production by roughly 4 Bcf/d while LNG demand has increased by more than 1 Bcf/d. The latest 8-14 day outlook, which extends from February 27th to March 5th, calls for colder-than-normal weather for the Eastern-half of the U.S.
  • European LNG export demand will remain strong as European natural gas storage is in a deficit to the five-year average. Warmer weather and lower crude oil prices have reduced European LNG prices.
