About this Solicitation
PowerOptions is seeking a qualified partner to deliver utility bill management platform services on behalf of its Member organizations. Qualified providers are invited to request the full Request for Proposal (RFP) document and submit a proposal in accordance with its terms.

How to Respond
Interested providers should contact PowerOptions at ubmRFP@poweroptions.org or fill the form to the right to request a copy of the RFP. The RFP will be distributed to all qualified requesters on September 11, 2026. Question deadlines and other key dates will be included in the RFP packet.
Completed proposals must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. EST, October 16th, 2026 at the above email address. PowerOptions reserves the right to reject any and all submissions deemed incomplete or unresponsive.
