EV Fleet Electrification
PowerOptions can lower your fleet’s carbon footprint
PowerOptions guides nonprofits and public entities from fleet assessment to full EV deployment by combining expert analysis, group purchasing power, and incentive stacking to make electrification easy and affordable.

Fleet Electrification can be complex
We know how important electrifying your organization’s fleet can be to lowering fuel costs and meeting sustainability goals. For many nonprofits and municipalities, meeting this goal can be complex, and many folks don’t know where to start.

We simplify it
PowerOptions provides our Members with the expertise and roadmaps they need to maximize incentive use, streamline electrification, and build out the charging infrastructure they need. Our roadmaps take Members from concept to electrification at a competitive price.
How it works
In a few easy steps, PowerOptions can help your organization electrify your fleet and meet your sustainability goals.
Discovery — Electrification with you in mind
We know that your organization’s fleet electrification needs are unique. That’s why we begin by understanding your goals and closely examining the needs and constraints of your fleet, existing electrical infrastructure, and facilities that would house EV charging.
Data-driven financial & emissions analysis
We deliver a breakdown of avoided CO2 emissions, analysis of the savings electrification produces, and financing options through grants and incentive programs. This gives your organization a clear picture of the holistic impact electrification will have.
Fleet assessment made simple
PowerOptions only needs the Vehicle Identification Number, odometer readings, and parking locations of vehicles in your fleet to get started. We model the total cost of ownership and match your current vehicles with ideal EV replacement. We map a phased transition plan based on your budget and needs.
An analysis of your charging infrastructure needs
We assess your parking sites and the average fleet mileage for each location, and specify Level 2 and DC fast charging (DCFC). Every estimate includes utility incentive programs, state grants, and federal funding offsets (where applicable).
