We are humbled to share with you the good news of our recognition by the Northeast Clean Energy Council (NECEC) in our efforts to serve you, our Members, during the COVID crisis. On November 11th, PowerOptions was given the “Community Engagement During the Pandemic Crisis Award” at the Back to Work Gala, as a result of sourcing and distributing essential PPE and donations to Members.

Our mission is to provide solutions to your energy needs, so your focus can be on your core services and communities. During the first wave of the pandemic, your Energy team at PowerOptions reached out and quickly assessed that our Members’ most pressing needs became about supplies and funds to continue your important work. To us – this was just an extension of our mission in serving you.  In that way, we were just doing our job.

I am incredibly proud to be a part of such a compassionate, innovative, Member- and mission-driven team. And we are honored to serve you.  But please know that we recognize this award is just a symbol of the hundreds of thousands of heroic efforts that are happening every day on the front lines, of our Members and others like them. We share and dedicate this award to you, our Members, the real heroes in the community.

Sincerely,

Heather Takle
